At My Optimal Blend, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 on all domestic orders within the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States. 

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your order is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@myoptimalblend.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
